I’ve never really felt like I had any control over my life. I think that’s why I like video games.

Literally just said this the other day
Tell them again, because they act real hard of hearing when we explain this shit.
Today, I met Lt. Col. Julius Jackson, one of the Tuskegee Airmen. I was in Walgreens when I saw his t-shirt so I walked over to thank him. His words were such a gift and he was so humble. I was all teary afterwards.
He told me "Always know who you are." When I asked him for a pic, he chuckled and said “what do you need a picture of an ugly old man for?” and smiled. I thanked him again and he looked me straight in the eyes and said "I am your brother. You don’t need to thank me." But I do, Mr. Jackson.
He took my hand and said "You have beautiful eyes. That means you’re a good person. Keep your head up always. You’re a Queen."
He spoke power into me and I’m honored to have met him. Living history. Salute.
My week is made.
